Airport Transfers
- More than 24 hours: Free cancellation.
- Less than 24 hours: 25% cancellation fee.
- Less than 6 hours or no-show: 50% cancellation fee.
City Rentals & Full-Day Rentals
- More than 48 hours: Free cancellation.
- 24–48 hours: 25% cancellation fee.
- Less than 24 hours: 50% cancellation fee.
- Same-day cancellation: Deposit forfeited.
Intercity & Tour Packages
- More than 72 hours: Free cancellation.
- 24–72 hours: 25% cancellation fee.
- Less than 24 hours: 50% cancellation fee.
- No-show: 100% cancellation fee.
Booking & Payment Terms
- Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to confirm reservations. The remaining balance must be paid before departure unless otherwise agreed.
- Prices include the driver, fuel, and standard luggage allowance.
- Overtime Charges:
- City Rental: 20,000 XAF/hour
- Full-Day Rental: 25,000 XAF/hour
- Intercity Waiting Time: 25,000 XAF/hour
- Luggage Policy: Up to 16 medium suitcases plus hand luggage. Oversized luggage may attract additional fees.
